Aliza Avital Caplan

Aliza Avital-Caplan began her real estate career in September 2001 with Debrah Lee Charatan Realty, where she fell in love with real estate. She then joined Eastern Consolidated in June 2003 until October 2012, during that time she arranged more than 25 deals valued at more than $650 million.
Aliza quickly rose to prominence as a real estate broker with a reputation for forthrightness, honesty and integrity. She brought an ever-widening circle of qualified institutional and private buyers, including hedge funds, together with major sellers of development sites, office properties, retail properties, co-op packages, and apartment buildings culminating in successful closings.
After giving birth to her daughter, Ronnie Philippa, she founded her own real estate company Emerald Equities NYC, LLC. Her company’s main focus is off-market transactions where she can cater to the privacy of the sellers and a group of capable buyers. Aliza’s triple-A words of success are availability, affability, and ability. Originally from Israel, Aliza served in the Israeli Army and is fluent in Hebrew.
